How to configure Sendmail mail server on VPS?

2 months ago I bought deb_economy VPS package and domain. For DNS i use use zoneedit.com and point domain to VPS IP...
Now I want to have same email address for this domain.
admin@domain.com

How to setup SendMail?
I am looking 2 days over tutorials on the net mut no luck.
