3 months ago, I registered a premium account and I feel your hosting is very good. I host some important website in your hosting.

Yesterday, I receive an email indicate that my account has been suspend due to prolonged high server load. I don't really understand the exactly reason come from??? my bandwidth is only about 2gb/256gb. My disk space is < 1GB. Maybe that because of some chatbox script in one of my website. In the mail, I see that I have to buy a VPS account to continue using the service. For my business, I agree and pay. Today, I can see that all of my website worked.

But now, My account in buythost.com has been delete! I can not login to my old account in byethost.com. For more, when I try to login in my old cpanel link, it is impossible. Hic. I have to download and repair some file in my host but I dont know how to do that?

I surfed every page in Webmin but I cant see something helpful for my purpose, I also want to visit VDS Manager, which is showed link in my email: 173.45.117.248/manager/vdsmgr. But This link died. I download and use winscp but I can't see where is myfile, I try to use my old FTP account but it says It can't connect. I don't understand why, hic.

9.99$/month is very bigger than 2.99$/month. That seems very good, BUT I DO NOT NEED IT any more. I wish my old account can be active. You can keep my 9.99$ if you wish.

So, admin, would you PLEASE ACTIVE my account? you can delete my VPS account forever

I used my register email address to send an email to sales@byet.net with a same content 11hours ago. But I receive no reply. I need it very fast, so please let me know soon. Or please contact the sell department.

Whenever my account is active, I will delete all the bad scripts and move some websites with in 2 days.

PS: I surf many forums in Vietnam, specially about computer, internet, hosting, source code... If you delay your reply for me too long, I have to write some feedbacks about byethost to some Vietnamese forums and give this link to all of my friends. I will also renew my signature with this link. I don't want to do that any more. But this event take me too much of benefit, charisma, time and health. I hope my Vietnamese friends can have a better choice in the future! Now, It's 3PM in Vietnam, I will go out and I will come back in 9PM. there are 6 hour for you to reply me with a determination.
