Hello when i try to send a messahe from my web site to a valide mail adress, i've got this error message

in the main time, when i'm trying to connect to your help on line web site at this adress https://securesignup.net/portal/submitticket.php i've got this error message connexion failed

Are your server down ? have i done a mistake ? thanks for you response

Can you please provide a traceroute to byet.org?
It appears your ISP is blocking byet.org for some reason?

why does my ISP is blocking this adress ?

I wonder, try switching your Internet Connection DNS over to OpenDNS and see if you still have issues accessing support.
